Holy crap, did Michigan do everything in their power to lose this game. From J.J. McCarthy's awful interception on the opening drive that got reversed on review, to a muffed punt, botched extra point, missed field goal and muffed kickoff return that nearly ended up in a game-losing safety- the Wolverines did everything you're not supposed to do in postseason play.
Usually, that many mistakes against top-tier opponents means you're buried on the scoreboard. However Jim Harbaugh and company reign victorious.
I'm still mystified how Alabama just couldn't capitalize and put their foot on Michigan's throat. I mean, Michigan was voluntarily lying on the ground and offering to put Alabama's boot in just the right place and they STILL couldn't do it.
Harbaugh gets a lot of people's panties in a bunch, but I personally love him. King Dilligaf in a world of people who desperately want him to gaf. He and his program just keep going and that kind of middle finger is what gets me going in the morning.
Winning ugly like this, it's hard to see a scenario where they lose.
